When you make a purchase or join the Wine Club your credit card will be processed. Please check your credit card statement to verify that the charges have been properly processed. We do not share any other information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order. We do not share or sell email addresses.
My Account - When you create an account, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, and a user name and password. We use this information to fulfill your orders and to enable time-saving features like express checkout, wish lists, and saved baskets. We do not share or sell this information.
Newsletter - We ask you to provide a name, email address and profile information. We use this information only to fulfill your request and, in the case of profile information, to help make sure we're sending you the type of email updates and catalogs you want to receive. We do not share or sell email addresses.
Gift Cards and Gift Messages - These options allow you to send a personal greeting with your gift order. We make no use of the information contained in these greetings except to complete your order as you have requested.

How We Use Email- After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation and, in most cases, an email with package tracking information.
We send our Newsletter, our email update on sales, products and wine information, to subscribers only. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We read every email we receive.

Online Store Policies
Due to legal restrictions on shipments of wine and other alcoholic beverages, we are only permitted to ship to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY. We can only ship merchandise to the above states. Any applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and be charged to the customer.
Wine orders placed Sunday through Tuesday are processed the following day. Wine orders placed Wednesday through Saturday are processed the following Monday. Orders are processed in this manner to prevent your wine from sitting in a storage area over the weekend. Please allow 5-7 business days for normal delivery.
Freight is calculated towards the end of the online ordering process. Also, at this time we do not ship online store products outside the United States.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:
1. Circle the item(s) you are returning on the order form included with your purchase.
2. Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the order receipt.
3. If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you would like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to indicate the address where you would like us to send the exchanged item if different from the original address.
4. Pack and seal your return item along with the order receipt.
The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.
